It features 100% cotton double-sided flags in Halloween orange and black. Every orange flag has a spooky pumpkin face appliqued onto it, surrounded by embroidered stars. Each 5 metre length is nothing short of a work of art, with intricate stitching and embroidery, and a tremendous depth of colour that will look great for years of Halloweens to come!
